Apply for funding for a wig to cover hair loss from cancer treatments: Wig Program

The Wig Program helps cancer patients with the cost of buying a wig to cover hair loss from cancer treatments.

Use the Assistance for Cancer Patients Program Application Form to apply for funding to help with the cost of buying a wig.

You can buy the wig from anywhere, including online. You don’t have to use a specific wig provider or store. You don’t have to be assessed by a proper wig fitter.

To get reimbursed, you need the official receipt. A cash register receipt, credit card statement or debit card statement isn't acceptable.
